Delivery

UK orders should arrive within 2-3 days. International orders should arrive within 14 days. Orders are typically dispatched the following working day and subject to stock availability.

Our couriers do not offer a guaranteed service so on occasions items may be subject to delay. If there is any delay to the dispatching of your RakaStaka we will let you know via e-mail or phone. We reserve the right to use methods of delivery other than that stated in the order form.

Returns

30 Day Return Policy – Unused Products Only

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return an item, please contact us at info@rakastaka.com. To process your return, we require proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will refund your purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
